Every item we sell is of premier quality, in handmade items slight variances in the same products may occur. Please allow 2 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped. Customized items are non-refundable! Please make sure all your payment and shipping information is clear and correct, and provide a valid email address so we can reach you if any questions should arise.
Purchasing a gift for someone special? For an additional $12.00 you can have your item wrapped in a gift box, ready to give! Please put 'Gift Box' in the Special Instructions section when you check out, and the charge will be added to your invoice. Gift box charge applies to one item only, if you wish to have multiple items gift-wrapped please let us know, it is $5.00 per additional item.
We use Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number. It is a flat rate of $5.95 per order within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Arrival estimates are 2-5 working days.
International orders will be charged $11.95 for Global Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. Arrival estimates are 6-10 working days.
Because our items are of premier quality, you should not experience any problems, but should you encounter any defects we will gladly exchange the item within 7 days of your purchase. We want you to be too pleased with your purchase. So please make sure you will be satisfied with your item before ordering and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have! If you're happy, then we've done our job!
If an item should ever break, fall apart or otherwise not hold up to normal, daily activities, simply contact our office, then return the piece in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date with a brief note describing what happened for a free repair. If the piece is beyond repairable, it may be exchanged for a new identical piece or if that piece is no longer available, a replacement piece of equal value.
*This policy does not apply to the specialty tee and tanks because of the delicate nature of the product. If you follow the care instructions we've provided, you should have no problems.
JEWELRY & SPECIALTY TEE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
When dressing and getting ready to go out, put your jewelry on last to avoid getting cosmetics or hairspray on it. Remove rings and bracelets before doing housework, home repairs or exercising. Protect your jewelry from sharp blows, harsh chemicals, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
After wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewelry with a soft 100% cotton cloth to remove make-up, hairspray, salts, and skin oils. Always use 100% cotton, since paper, polyester, and course fabrics often contain wood fibers or synthetics, which may cause fine scratches.
ALL Hallelujah Honey Specialty Tanks & Tees are handmade and require delicate when washing. We suggest hand washing in cool water and drying flat on a well-ventilated surface.
CUSTOM ORDERS FOR SPECIALITY TEES
Yes, we do custom orders for our specialty Hallelujah Honey Tees. They come with all sorts of chic embellishments and can even be ordered on plush cashmere in an assortment of colors. Please contact us if you are interested in a particular piece or wish to have something completely original designed just for you! A 50% deposit will be required when the order is submitted so we can order supplies and start production work. Allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped.
